Nice one Coral. It was too good to pass up, the workshop is bigger than my house. Im thinking of either turning it into Railton Rod and paint shop if he takes the joinery stuff out, and kit out a mechanical and paint workshop, so people can hire what they need and DIY. or an essential oil business and grow jonquils on the block. $12000 a Litre for the oil! cool huh. And, Its very suited to the towns topiary theme and as luck would have it, i have a 2.5 ton stainless retort at 7 sheds brewery and a huge glass condenser from Burnie pulp and paper mill, i think it would easily be the biggest commercial extraction vessel in private hands, in Tasmania. Or do container storage on the block? not sure, just something easy to manage that helps people.
