im on two exploration leases at the moment that cover the Southern Arthur Lineament (Corinna, Mount Donaldson -Browns Plains and Long Plains to Savage river mine. I firstly targeted an area to expand my own base and knowledge of the above area, then found the Tenement number using mrt maps, then cross matched it to reports to find the owner. Googled their phone number and called, and then emailed so we all had something in writing, and was just honest in what i wanted to do on the tenements, and what i could offer the lease holder. We are hopefully going to change to the mainland system of opening up to small scale miners on larger tenements with no red tape. Its happening everywhere else. but, in saying that, our bureaucracy is notoriously slow in the up take of new things and systems that benefit all.
i have reservations about a group hit, only because i would probably say yes if someone singularly asked to look on my land, but if a bus full armed with shovels pulled up and asked, i would more than likely say no.
Another option is the "club" pegs a lease and we all have a crack at it..
