i am going to go up this Monday and / or Tuesday weather depending. Gold is off the show price wise again and some extra income would be nice. If anyone needs a lift or wants to hook up for a spot of prospecting. just ask.
have a wonderful day phillip

i found the map of the Bell Mountain Gold field. (my wife did at least) bless her. its been lost for 10 years or more.. Claims, size and richness and locations of each deposit. its too big to scan in one go and is probably best to keep it under wraps a bit. but im glad to share it with you all. The map itself is from Broardhursts report on Black Bluff / stormont 1934. And is to scale. But is unpublished at MRT. I have no idea where i got the map from or from who, so happy to have it.
Some course gold areas (pickers) are in 9 feet and 35 feet of wash, so too deep for a detector, but i did get a lot of signals in the area last time and no body has ever detected it before? i know i havent till now and found enough (trash / gold) to say for sure its virgin ground.

Awesome Coral, its going to be a beautiful spring day by the look of it. Fingers crossed I got a nice patch of signals on Kemps reward claim testing the 70 and a small "almost" 2gram nugget out of top soil of all places and daylight / time limited to what i could go over as usual so didnt get to dig too much. I have never really looked in the area before because of undergrowth etc. but now its open like ive never seen before, it so great to prospect on. And under 100 meters from the big stuff I will bring the map for you too. Its pretty cool and cuts out stacks of barren ground.

have a great day Phillip
