just remember when out and about that the snakes have started moving again , all snakes in Tasmania are venomous they include Tiger , Copperhead and White lipped snakes also the baby snakes are born venomous so give them all a wide berth if you run into them from now on and especially later in March and April as thats their breeding season when they get a bit aggressive

Good advice Starry. I had a tiger stand up at me when I was riding my bike on a forestry track last year up near Lisle. They certainly can be agressive things. But as you say, the best thing to do is give them a wide berth.
